Amendments to the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code

In accordance with the procedure established by MSC 75, the Sub-Committee on Carriage of Cargoes and Containers (CCC), at its seventh session (6 to 10 September 2021), agreed to draft amendments to the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code.
The Secretary-General has the honour transmit herewith, in accordance with article VIII (b)(i) of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, the text of the proposed draft amendments to the IMDG Code, set out in the annex, for consideration by the Maritime Safety Committee, at its 105th session, with a view to adoption in accordance with article VIII (b)(iv) of the Convention.
