Call for Volunteers - Programme Committee

We are also pleased to announce a call for volunteers to support the planning and delivery of PATRAM 2028.

Applications are now invited for membership of the PATRAM 2028 Programme Committee, which will play a key role in shaping the technical programme. The Committee will oversee the development of the symposium themes, manage the Call for Papers, review abstracts, select oral and poster presentations, and help build a high-quality international programme. Programme Committee members will also act as Theme Leads, supported by an Extended Programme Committee responsible for reviewing submissions within their areas of expertise.

We are seeking volunteers from across the international transport community, representing:

  • Industry
  • Regulators
  • Government
  • Research organisations
  • Academia
  • International organisations

We are particularly keen to build a committee that reflects the diversity of the global PATRAM community, welcoming applications from individuals across different countries, technical disciplines, career stages and backgrounds.

The WNTI Secretariat will review all expressions of interest, with successful applicants being notified during September 2026 ahead of the formal launch of the committees. The wider PATRAM planning structure will also include opportunities to contribute through the Organising Committee, Extended Programme Committee, Technical Visits Group, Awards Group and Social Events Group.
