Yoichi Ogawa first joined Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) in 1990. After 4 years of experience in customer service at the Branch Office in Tokyo area, Yoichi moved to the Nuclear Fuel Cycle Department in TEPCO’s head office in 1994. Yoichi primarily engaged in the work for reprocessing and transport contract with UK and France for years at the department.
In 2015, he was seconded to the headquarters of Federation of Electric Power Companies of Japan (FEPC) and transferred to FEPC Washington Office as the General Manager in 2017.
In 2020, Yoichi assumed the Secretary General of Overseas Reprocessing Committee (ORC).
Yoichi’s hobbies are golfing and watching sports.
