Noritaka Sakakibara

Noritaka Sakakibara first joined the Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. (CEPCO) in 1987.

In 1990, he started working in the nuclear fuel cycle department, where he was in charge of overseeing front-end contracts, back-end contracts, budgeting and planning.

After 8 years’ of experience there, he was seconded to the Federation of Electric Power Companies (FEPC) and worked for them until 2000.

In 2017, he assumed General Manager of Doha Office at CEPCO and added to his experience for a period of 4 years.

In 2021, Noritaka was seconded to FEPC again and is currently General Manager of Transport Headquarters at Overseas Reprocessing Committee (ORC).

His hobbies include traveling, golf and tennis.
