Ceinion has an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering (Design) and has over 10 years’ experience in the Rail and Power Systems field.

He joined Nuclear Transport Solutions in 2002 as Licensing Engineer, responsible for the delivery of radioactive material transport licensing activities and providing objective and independent licensing advice.

Ceinion is the deputy chair of TCSC (Transport Container Standardisation Committee) and chair of the WNTI Back End Transport (BET) Working Group, helping develop and influence future RAM Transport regulations.

His hobbies include managing a kids football team, classic cars and trying to keep fit.
