Malmo, Online, Sweden
Each year, WNTI visit the World Maritime University (WMU), Malmo, Sweden to deliver a lecture on maritime transport of Class 7 Radioactive Material.
These lectures form part of the support that WNTI give to the WMU.
Students at the WMU are from all nations, including small island and developing states (SIDS). WNTI provides sponsorship to allow a student to attend the WMU.
Often, students from the WMU will later represent their countries in the International Maritime Organization (IMO), or work for their national maritime agencies.
This year the lecture was presented on-line, by Captain Simon Chaplin.
