Join us and attend the WiN UK’s Annual Conference 2022 and get to meet specialist speakers, exchange ideas with fellow professionals, and participate in workshops to understand how we can lead the change we want to see for our workplace, those around us, and ourselves. The WiN UK team have put together a fantastic agenda with an array of talks, workshops and forums as well as a vibrant social programme.

The pandemic has been an endless juggling act for everyone. Remote working. Home schooling. Endlessly changing guidance. Nothing was easy.

Getting ‘back to normal’ has been such a lovely thought for months, however now the time is upon us, creating environments that work for everyone doesn’t always seem quite so straight forward, or achievable.

Rebalancing the basics is about understanding what the post-COVID work/life balance looks like in the UK’s nuclear sector from a personal and professional perspective, how we talk to our leaders and those around us about the possibility of working differently and how we set expectations, including our own, so that we achieve the goals we have set for ourselves.

The WiN UK’s Annual Conference brings together leaders and sector experts who will share their experiences on how we can successfully move towards a system that is appealing, flexible and feasible while promoting inclusivity, productivity and collaboration.
