The predecessor of JSC Atomspetstrans, the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Atomspetstrans of the Federal Agency for Atomic Energy (FSUE Atomspetstrans) was established in accordance with the order of the Minister of the Russian Federation for Atomic Energy No. 706 dated November 12, 1999. The same order for the enterprise The functions of an authorized industry operator for the organization and implementation of transportation of nuclear materials, radioactive substances and products from them by various modes of transport, both on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad, were entrusted. The formation of FSUE Atomspetstrans was registered by the Moscow Registration Chamber of the Moscow Government on March 29, 2000.
